What is DISC?

The DISC theory is a “human behavioral science” based on the book Emotions of Normal People, published in 1923 by American psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston.

DISC can be widely used to assess, evaluate, and help people improve their behavior, interpersonal relationships, work performance, teamwork, and leadership styles. Many Fortune 500 companies even use DISC as an assessment tool for their HR departments.

In the D.I.S.C. Public Course, students will learn the behavioral patterns of the D.I.S.C. 4 personality types from A to Z. The course includes 16 lessons that teach students how to apply these concepts in real-world scenarios. They will learn the characteristics of different behavioral styles, communication methods, and how to better understand, cooperate, and get along with different types of people.
